Shipping Policy

At Back Align, we work to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping area

We currently ship to Spain and a number of other countries, including the United Kingdom, the United States, and select countries in Latin America. Coverage may vary by destination — if you're unsure whether we ship to your country, check at checkout or contact us.

Processing time

Once payment is confirmed, your order will be prepared within 2 to 4 business days before it is shipped.

Delivery time

After shipping, orders within Spain typically arrive within 6 to 11 business days. International delivery times vary by destination and may take longer — we'll let you know if your order is expected to take significantly longer than usual.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free for orders within mainland Spain. Shipping costs for other destinations are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order tracking

We currently don't provide a tracking number. If you have any questions about the status of your order, contact us at backalign.shop@gmail.com.

Risk during transit

The risk of loss or damage to the product during transit is Back Align's responsibility until you physically receive the order. If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us and we'll resolve it at no cost to you (reshipment or refund, in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy).

Delivery delays

The stated timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. If your order doesn't arrive within the agreed timeframe, you can request a new, reasonable delivery deadline from us. If this new deadline also isn't met, you have the right to cancel your order and request a full refund.
