Refund & Return Policy

At Back Align, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy combines your legal rights as a consumer with our additional terms.

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days) — European Union

In accordance with European Union consumer protection regulations, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to cancel or return your purchase for any reason, without needing to provide justification.

For the return to be valid within this period:

  • The product must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with the seal intact, and with the original tags attached.
  • Hygiene exception: since our products are intimate-use garments, if the seal or sealed packaging has been opened, the product is considered unsealed for health and hygiene reasons and will not be eligible for this right of withdrawal, unless it is damaged or defective (see section 2).

2. Returns for damaged or defective products (90 days)

In addition to the right above, Back Align extends the period for cases of damage, manufacturing defects, or shipping errors:

You have 90 calendar days from receipt of your order to notify us if your product:

  • Arrives damaged or defective.
  • Does not match what you ordered (order error).

In these cases, the product must be unused (although the packaging may have been opened for inspection).

3. How to request a return

  1. Contact us at backalign.shop@gmail.com stating the reason (withdrawal or damage/defect).
  2. If it's due to damage or a defect, attach clear photos of the product and packaging.
  3. We will confirm whether your return is accepted within a maximum of 4 business days.
  4. Once accepted, we will provide you with the return address: Ctra. de Barcelona, 268, 08203 Sabadell, Barcelona

Important: we do not accept returns of packages sent without a return request having been made beforehand.

4. Return shipping cost

  • If the return is due to withdrawal (14 days), the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
  • If the return is due to damage or defect (90 days), Back Align covers the cost of return shipping.

5. Available options

Once your return is accepted, you can choose between:

  • Full refund, via the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • Replacement product, at no additional cost (applicable to returns for damage or defect).

6. Refund timeframe

We will process your refund within 5 business days of confirming acceptance of the return. The time it takes for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank or card issuer.

7. Exceptions

We do not accept returns of:

  • Sale or clearance items.
